Our Cancellation Policies

With the growing population of pets in the Fort Collins area and a global shortage of veterinary professionals, the demand for veterinary care has never been higher. We are doing our best to accommodate the needs of our community. In an effort to reduce the number of “no-show” appointments, we’ve implemented a cancellation policy. Please read the policies below. If you have any questions, give us a call. We will be happy to assist you further.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your veterinary or technician appointment, we respectfully request at least 3-hour notice prior to the scheduled appointment. If your appointment time is before 11 am, please contact us during business hours the day before the appointment. If you made a deposit, any cancellation or reschedule made less than three hours prior to your visit will result in forfeiting the deposit. Missed scheduled appointments or arriving 15 minutes late to the scheduled start time is considered a “missed appointment”. All missed appointments will result in forfeiting the deposit and will require a second deposit equal to the exam fee.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your surgical or dental appointment, we respectfully request at least a 3-day notice prior to the scheduled procedure. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than three days prior to the procedure or a missed procedure appointment will result in forfeiting the deposit and will require a second $200 deposit upon rescheduling.
